Refund policy
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
All sales are final. Store credit is available in the event you would like to exchange an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective when you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email info@moodbymillennial.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item, so that we may evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders / personalized items.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We always want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. If you are unhappy with a purchase please contact info@moodbymillennial.com to request a store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. To ensure a seamless transaction please return the item you have once return is approved. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, you will then be able to make a separate purchase for a new item.
